School based prevention messages to reduce alcohol, tobacco, an other drug use (ATOD) among high school students must often compete with core high school curriculum. This document is an evaluation of a pilot school based intervention that integrated ATOD messages in school lesson plans in St. Charles, Missouri.

States play an important role in HIV, substance abuse, and mental health services, and have an opportunity to create flexible public health systems to serve persons with dual and triple diagnoses. This executive summary describes the comparison of three surveys completed separately by state AIDS directors, state substance abuse directors, and state mental health directors regarding state activity to coordinate across the three programs. Our work is also published in the Journal Public Health Reports.
